Vetmedin (pimobendan) chewable tablets for dogs are FDA approved for the treatment of congestive heart failure in dogs.  Demonstrated to significantly prolong the time to onset of congestive heart failure or cardiac-related death in dogs.  It is used extra-label in the treatment of cats with congestive heart failure. Made by Boehringer Ingelheim.

Vetmedin

Love it I just would like to know if it reversed my dogs enlarged heart. He does like to eat the pills which is strange because he is finicky with food

Works great!!

We had 2 King Charles Cavalier dogs. The oldest, we didn't know about this med soon enough. The younger one, we started at the first sign of coughing Confirmed with an xray of her enlarged heart. Within 3 days there was no sign of a cough and longer and here we are 3 years later...our 10 year old acts very healthy and no cough!!

Vetmedin Chewables

These are so easy to feed Chico. He gets half in the morning and half in the evening.They cut so easy in the pill spliter and slid into a small pill pocket. He just chews them right down.

Easy to Give

I cut the pills in half. Put them in a small pill pocket and my little Chihuahua sucks them right down. Couldn't be easier!!!
