How Does Auto-Ship work?

Auto-Ship is simply a program that allows you to set up automatic deliveries of items you buy regularly so you never have to worry about running low on stock.

What are the benefits of Auto-Ship ?

Not only will you stop having those “Shoot! I forgot to order Penny’s Nexgard” moments, you’ll also save $$ with an extra 5% on all future Auto-Ship orders.

How do I opt-in?

Opting into the ExpressVet Auto-Ship program is easy peasy. Shop our site and add your pet’s favorite products to your cart. At checkout, choose the Auto-Ship option and even select the frequency of when you want that item delivered.

Can I order RX Medications or Veterinary Diet Items with Auto-Ship ?

Yes. Follow the same process for setting up Auto-Ship for those items in addition to choosing your pet and vet for that item and ExpressVet will reach out to your vet for authorization before shipping out your order.

Can I change my Auto-Ship frequency if I need it more/less often?

Of course! You can change your Auto-Ship schedule at any time. Just go to your account and click on Manage Auto-Ship for options to change your frequency per item.

Can I cancel my Auto-Ship ?

Yes! You can cancel your Auto-Ship subscription at any time.

How will I know when my next order is coming?

Don’t worry! When it is close to your next order, we will email you with a reminder that we are shipping out your order soon. When your order has shipped, we will email you a confirmation with tracking.

Is there a limit on how many items I can set up to Auto-Ship ?

Nope! You can Auto-Ship as many items as you need.

How long does my order take?

Most orders are shipped same day. Times may vary for Rx orders requiring authorization from your veterinarian. Please allow 1-2 business days for any Rx orders.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link enclosed.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has shipped you cannot change your order.

What happens if my order gets lost?

What happens if my order goes out of stock?

If your Auto-Ship item goes out of stock, we will contact you immediately letting you know. You will not get charged your Auto-Ship until that item ships.
