When my dog was first prescribed this medication, I had a lot of issues getting my hands on it as the pills were constantly out of stock in most pet pharmacies. In addition, my dog is a small Chihuahua, and the size of the pills was just too big for her. When I found the compounded liquid from express vet pharmacy, not only was it always available to order, but it made giving her the medication a much easier process.
